CNMG432-GR NC3030
This is one of the toughest inserts on the market. Every bit the contender to KC850 or US735. The strong substrate, a wide land, and a thick multi-layer CVD coating can really take the abuse. Heavy scale, weldments, or extreme depths of cut. Bring it on. Also works well in demanding stainless applications such as castings and forgings where a sharp edge can be detrimental to tool life. Sold in packs of 10.
